Burnett's flavored vodka line turns 15

Heaven Hill Distilleries has increased its line of flavored vodkas to 15.

The newest flavor under the Bardstown, KY, distiller's Burnett's label is pomegranate, making the line the industry's largest. Other flavors are blueberry, cherry, citrus, coconut, cranberry, grape, lime, mango, orange, peach, raspberry, sour apple, vanilla and watermelon.

"Burnett's Pomegranate is a reflection of the growth of pomegranate within spirits," said Reid Hafer, Burnett's brand manager. "The Burnett's franchise has quickly capitalized on the desire across all spirits categories for flavors."

The launch of the new flavor will be supported by POS for both floor displays and shelf facings, as well as sales education materials. The Burnett's website () will also provide information and appetizing drink recipes for all the flavors.

Heaven Hill Distilleries is the nation's largest independent, family-owned marketer and producer of distilled spirits products. Some of its other products are Christian Brothers Brandies, Evan Williams Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey; HPNOTIQ liqueur, Whaler's Rum, Burnett's Gin and Dubonnet Aperitif.
